WELCOME

to a workplace powered by (human) nature

Organizational Biomimicry provides 18 Liberatory Practices that replace the wasteful Oppressive Practices we use to accomplish our goals, such as Force, Urgency, and Perfectionism.
This culture shift is where we begin.

OPPRESSION BECOMES INCULTURATED AND INSTITUTIONALIZED

ENCULTURATED OPPRESSION is maintained through (often unspoken) cultural norms, expectations, and values

ex. Tema Okun's White Supremacy Cultural Characteristics

INSTITUTIONALIZED OPPRESSION is maintained through laws, policies, and practices, of institutions like businesses, governments, schools, etc.

Both Enculturated and Institutionalized oppression must be overcome to reclaim the power of (our human) nature

Keywords: regenerative, trauma-informed, decolonized, effective, accountable

The Organizational Biomimicry practice catalyzes a paradigm shift in culture, enabling your organization to think from equity to institutionalize liberation
